Ivey loves her trach capped off. She is doing great, chatting up a storm!

Here are two videos during speech this morning. Just watch her go. As you can see, she is smiling, talking, playing and learning a little sign language all at once. (You can even see her shoot the cap off of her trach like a bullet in one of the videos. It is lethal if you are in front of it!)

If you want, you can mute the music at the very very bottom of the webpage. Just hit the stop button on the player.

Do I even need to tell you how super cute she is? She is just a doll -- with a weapon, yikes!

Gwen,
I love, love, love Ivey's two new videos!! She is so incredibly beautiful and so smart - I love to see her in action doing signs and singing and popping that cap off! That was pretty funny! I just wish that we lived closer so I could come down and give that girl a big squeeze myself. I am so proud of her accomplishments. She has such a special place in my heart. Hope the boys are doing well too!

WOW! Look at that girl go! I'm impressed Ivey! Look at you learning signs, chattering away, playing with your therapist, and having so much fun. Mommy had better watch out. Once you get that trach out in April so you can talk all the time, and as you learn more signs, I imagine you will be communicating non stop! I can tell you have a whole lot you want to tell us all! WAY TO GO IVEY!
